Overview
We are looking for a motivated and mechanically minded student who will help design, build, and test a system to deliver hot or cold air precisely to plants. Strong knowledge of building and Makerspace certification are a plus. This student will be working as part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers and horticulturists.
Part of the project will take place on main campus and part in the EW Shell Fisheries station so access to reliable transportation is needed.
Hours Per Week + Pay Rate
- 5-10 hours / week
- $15 / hour
- Aerospace, Biosystems, Chemical, Civil & Environmental, Mechanical
- Sophomore, Junior, Senior
