Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated student researcher to work on sustainable systems for converting waste into fish feed and fertilizer for hydroponic vegetables. Routine activities will include running bioreactors, collecting samples, and chemical analysis in the lab. You will have a chance to work under the supervision of a highly experienced researcher and a supportive lab environment.

This position requires a high level of personal responsibility and attention to detail. The successful candidate will need to secure reliable transport to the aquaponics greenhouse which is located at the EW Shell Fisheries Station.

Hours Per Week + Pay Rate

  • 5 - 10 hours per week
  • $15 / hour
